We were commissioned to remove, conserve and remount the Iznik ceramic tiled fireplace situated in the corridor adjacent to Gallery 33. The fireplace was to form part of a touring exhibition of Islamic artefacts, so it was essential to design and construct a lightweight, demountable structure to support the exhibit. Sheffield Museum

Heritage Tile Conservation was commissioned by Sheffield Museum.to remove a complete Minton tile interior of a butcher’s shop, situated at Attercliffe common, Sheffield. A blue and white freize of cattle complimented the tile scheme.
