We were commissioned to remove, conserve and remount the Iznik ceramic tiled fireplace situated in the corridor adjacent to Gallery 33. The fireplace was to form part of a touring exhibition of Islamic artefacts, so it was essential to design and construct a lightweight, demountable structure to support the exhibit. Minton Tile Panels - Southend on Sea

Four very fine Minton tile panels painted by J Edward Dean (circa 1913). The panels were removed from a former butchers shop in Westcliff, Southend on Sea for a private client and measure 3ft x 2 ft.
